DEFINITIONS

Stress (Negative Peaks) Peak level of negative thoughts, feelings, and actions experienced today.  For example, no anxiety experienced is 0, and highest anxiety every is 10.
          Anxiety Peak level of thoughts, feelings, and actions that signaled anxiety, nervousness, tension, worry, and fear today.
          Anger Peak level of thoughts, feelings, and actions that signaled anger, hostility, irritability or a mean streak experienced today.
          Physical Symptoms Peak level of any physical discomfort or feeling sick today.
          Depression Peak level of pessimism and loss of satisfaction, enjoyment, and enthusiasm in thoughts, feelings, and actions today.
          Psychosis Peak level of thoughts, feelings, and actions that signal inconsistency, confusion, inappropriateness, ambivalence, paralysis, and loss of control.
Well-Being (Positive Peaks) Peak level of positive thoughts, feelings, and actions experienced today.  For example, no peace is 0, and your highest sense of peace ever is 10.
          Peace Peak level of thoughts, feelings and actions that signal peace, relaxation, and security today.
          Friendliness Peak level of thoughts, feelings, and actions such as an open and warm sense of friendliness towards those around you today.
          Physical Well-being Peak level of sense of physical well-being, health, and strength today.
          Happiness Peak level of thoughts, feelings, and actions that signaled happiness, satisfaction and fulfillment today.
          Mastery Peak level of thoughts, feelings, and actions that signaled optimism and confidence-- a feeling that you are master of your own fate today.

 Self Sphere

DEFINITIONS

Self How well you have been "In Touch", "At Peace", and "In Control" of yourself today.   Minimum is 0, and previous maximum is 10.
     In Touch How well you have been "In touch" with your thoughts, feelings, and actions today.  For example, not in touch is 0, completely aware is 10.
          Positives The extent to which you have been aware of happy or optimistic thoughts, feelings, and actions experienced today
          Negatives The extent to which you have been aware of negative, pessimistic, and unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and actions today.
          Perspective The extent to which you have maintained a balanced perception of negative and positive experiences today.
     At Peace How well you have been "At Peace" with your thoughts, feelings, and actions today.  For example, not at peace is 0, completely at peace is 10.
          Positives The extent to which you have accepted, appreciated , and enjoyed positive thoughts, feelings, actions and events today.
          Negatives The extent to which you have accepted, and have come to peaceful terms with negative thoughts, feelings, actions, and events today.
          Self Acceptance How well you have been able to accept yourself for what you are weighing both the positives and negatives today.
     In Control How well you have been "In Control" of your thoughts, feelings, and actions today.  For example, not in control is 0, in complete control 10.
          Decision How well you have been able to make decisions today.
          Action How well you have been able to act on the decisions you have made today.
          Flexibility How well you have been able to modify your thoughts, feelings and actions in effective response to changing circumstances.

Intimacy Sphere

DEFINITIONS

Intimacy How close you have felt to the most important partner of your choice today.  Minimum is 0, and previous maximum is 10.
     Intellectual-Social How close you have been in the intellectual-social dimension of intimacy with your partner today.
          Accept How well you have accepted your partner for what he/she is today.
          Depend How well you have trusted and depended on your partner today.
          Let Depend How well you have let your partner depend on you today.
     Emotional How close you have been in the emotional dimension of intimacy with your partner today.
          Concern How genuinely concerned and thoughtful you have been about your partner today.
          Affection How you felt and expressed affection towards your partner today.
          Love How you felt and expressed love towards your partner today.
     Physical-Sexual How close you have been in the physical-sexual dimension of intimacy with your partner today.
          Togetherness How you (would) have enjoyed being with your partner today.
          Sensualness How you (would) have enjoyed touching, holding, and kissing your partner today.
          Sexual Excitement How you (would) have enjoyed giving and receiving sexual excitement with your partner today.

Achievement How fulfilled you have felt in your productive and creative activities such as work, and leisure activities such as sports and hobbies today.
     Tasks How well you have dealt with tasks at hand today.
          Objectives How well you have set objectives and maintained priorities today.
          Motivation How well you have been able to motivate yourself to face challenges and take on tasks today.
          Effectiveness How effective you have been in getting things done today.
     Self-Actualization How self fulfilled you feel in achievement today.
          Reality Grasp The accuracy with which you have grasped realities around and within you at work and play today.
          Satisfaction and Fun How much satisfaction and fun you have gotten out of work and play today.
          Self Discipline How well you have managed to control your thoughts, feelings, and actions related to work and play today.
     Interpersonal How you got along with people you worked and interacted with today.
          Personal Closeness How personally close you felt towards your colleagues and social contacts today.
          Professional Closeness The extent to which your relationships at work have been professional, appropriate, and productive today.
          Proper Bounds How well you have kept your professional relationships within proper bounds today.

Physical Condition (Negative & Positive)

DEFINITIONS

Physical Illness Your negative peak physical condition today.
     Illness or Injury The extent of any illness or injury today.  For example, no illness is 0 and very sick is 10.
     Abuse (Food, Alcohol, Drugs, & Smoke) The extent to which you have used food, alcohol, drugs, or tobacco imprudently today.  For example, 0 no abuse, 10 high abuse.
Physical Wellness Your positive peak physical condition today.
     Physical Health The degree to which you have experienced positive physical health today through good care and proper exercise.  Good health is 10.
     Proper Use (Food, Drinks) Level of proper selection and regular intake of food and drink today.   For, example, skipping meals or poor diet is low in score.  10 is best.
